The First Wave Companies have extensive manufacturing capabilities and experience. We are a provider of composite, aluminum, vacuum forming for thermoplastics and paint manufacturing. Our experience, facilities, technical knowledge and equipment make us one of the premier companies for capabilities in OE manufacturing.

At First Wave Brazil, we are the OE vendor for composite parts and bonded structures for the Embraer 170 and 190. Our composite manufacturing is facilitated by a CNC controlled composite cutting tool, allowing for the most efficient material usage possible. This equipment also allows for high volume, high quality cuts with minimal fall. With the precision of each cut preserved, lay ups and bagging can be completed using consistent in-house controlled processes. These processes allow First Wave to ensure that the end product consistently meets production process and specification.

The large amount of clean room capacity coupled with its positive pressure atmospheric control and HEPA filtering, allows for high volume production with the highest possible quality. First Wave Brazil is now equipped with two autoclaves; one 6' x 10', the other 10' x 30', to meet even the most demanding of production schedules.

Our facilities in Tulsa and Bristow, OK USA maintain manufacturing and fabrication capabilities to service the needs for our repair divisions. A brand new, state-of-the-art clean room is complimented by two 10'x30' autoclaves and a BAC 5555 and BAC5514 compliant process line, five-axis CNC, and CNC lathing and milling equipment. In conjunction with a Leica laser scanner as well as our material analysis capabilities we can service our customers with OEM quality spares and expendables without them having to paying OEM prices.
