FIRST WAVE's Quality Assurance Program meets or exceeds all Federal Aviation Regulation Requirements.
By utilising these standards, as well as the requirements in C.A.S.E. 3A Standard and ASA 100, our Quality Systems Procedures are designed for the receipt, inspection, storage, shipment and traceability of parts obtained from FAA approved vendors.
FIRST WAVE is accredited under Advisory Circular 00-56 to the ASA 100 Standard. All materials are full traceable ensuring impeccable quality and assurance. Our commitment to quality materials results in our extensive Quality Assurance Program, which consists of purchasing parts directly from major airlines and from OEM's.
Our world-class Quality Team is dedicated to providing you with excellent service. We welcome and encourage all customers to come and perform an on-site Quality Audit to see the effects of our QA Program up close.
First Wave Aviation maintains an FAA DAR on site to assist in meeting the needs of our customers and to further ensure that the customer is getting a part with proper trace documentation. We maintain memberships in the IATP and ACPC so we can meet with our customers from around the world and listen to their concerns. Accreditations such as ISO and ASA require that we incoporporate customer feedback into our Quality Management System. In this way, we feel as if we partner with our customer. Your success leads to our success.
First Wave's top priority and business regimens revolve around quality and the continuous improvement of how business is done, enhanced and best suited for our customers. Began in October of 1997, our pursuit of 'quality' started by obtaining ASA 100 accreditation along with the FAA AC0056, which is a voluntary accreditation for the expendables, rotables and consumables divisions.
